"I had to have a couple of things fixed that were warranty issues as well as have a security system installed on my Vision. I called and talked to Danny and he assured me these issues would be no problem to take care of. As expected he like everyone else treated me like a member of the family. He had Arin take care of the bike and when he was done he went over what I wanted done and the warranty issues that he corrected. If you are thinking about either buying a bike or having service work done by all means do it. I don't think you will be dissapointed in the way you will be treated and the deal you will receive as well. These are great people to do business with, I choose to ride from Oklahoma City to Tulsa to do my business with them. This in not that great of a ride over in 34 degree weather as well as fog. Do this for yourself be hassles ahead. Go to Powerhouse Motorsports for you ride!!"

"I would llike to Thank everyone that helped me in the purchase of my 2009 Victory Vision Tour. Jack he went above and beyond the call of duty (he offered to drive to Edmond, OK to pick me up so I could get the new bike quicker). Glenda she is just a sweetheart, the firrst time I went over she offered me breakfast since I had not eaten any yet. Joyce she also did her part by making me feel as I was one of the family. "I purchased my Victory Vision Premium in CA from Arlen Ness in September '08 and have a custom signature and the Arlen "A" symbol painted on my bike. When asked who would service it in Tulsa, he gave me your name and address. I have been in to have all of my service done and a couple of items fixed that were damaged during shipment. Your group is so nice and ready to work and are very helpful. I must say that having 'Thomas' work on my bike is always a pleasure. This young man is very knowledgeable about my bike and always ready to answer any questions I may have on handling my bike. I appreaciate his work ethic and look forward each and every time I am in to ask for 'Thomas'. Since my last issue your service dept kept my bike for a couple of extra days to ensure that they could located the issue. Since having it back it runs even better than when I drove it the first time. I have to say your service department and Thomas surely know what they are doing. Keep up the good work Tulsa Victory!!!! I will see you all again at the next oil change and for sure when Arlen comes in September. Right now my wife and I are enjoying many trips and Montana is next. Regards, Jimmy Roland"

"I own a tricked out Victory Hammer which is terrific in all respects - I am very pleased. I'm currently without a touring bike and the new Victory Vision has been on my wait list for over six months. This Saturday I had the honor of riding one. Having owned several Gold Wings and BMW's, low speed handling was high on my list, (if you've ever ridden a full dress bike in Branson or Eureka Springs, you can appreciate why). This bike was the best handling touring bike I have ever ridden! The best way to describe it is....Wow! The bike easily banks and tracks very well at extreme lean angles. I hope to have one soon."

"The Polaris Outdoors Team #1 concern is customer service. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were treated as though we were part of a family. They strived to make 100% sure we were buying what we wanted and what we were going to be happy with for many years. Even though we were in and out for about a week, looking, we never felt as though we were being pressured into a machine we didn't want, lets face it, atv's are not cheap, and it is hard to find a dealership that is not just in it for the sale. "I have only one word to describe my expereince at Polaris Outdoors AWSOME!! From my first phone call when I spoke with Chase. To my interaction with Kathy and Bryan. Right down to the delivery of my bike from service. This was my first bike purchase and let me tell you Kathy and Bryan went above and way beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. They were very knowlegable of their product and the accessories available and continued to show great paitence with my million questions.
